SCROLL TO EXPLORE ↓01How much do your services cost?+
Every engagement is scoped around goals, frequency, production needs, media requirements, and support. We do not publish rigid packages because the right answer depends on the business.
02Do you require a monthly commitment?+
Most partnerships operate month to month and naturally run for at least one month because the plan and production cover several weeks.
03How quickly can we begin?+
Most clients can begin onboarding within one to two weeks, depending on the production schedule and scope.
04How often do you film?+
Some businesses benefit from weekly filming, while others can create a month of content in one well-planned day.
05Do you travel?+
Yes. We are based in Phoenix and work across the Southwest. Projects beyond roughly two total driving hours may include transportation and lodging.
06Who owns the finished content?+
The client owns it. Unless otherwise negotiated, Sunrise Cinema may showcase completed creative. Results and sensitive information are shared publicly only with approval.
07Do you post content for clients?+
Yes. Publishing and scheduling can be included, or we can deliver finished assets for an internal team to post.
08Do you manage comments and messages?+
Comment management can be included. Direct messages are generally handled by the client because they often involve sales or customer-specific information.
09Do you manage advertising budgets?+
Yes. We can manage campaign structure, creative, targeting, testing, optimization, reporting, and budget allocation.
10Is ad spend included in your fee?+
No. Media spend is paid separately by the client so the advertising investment remains transparent.
11How are results measured?+
The plan follows the objective: leads, appointments, qualified opportunities, acquisition cost, conversion rate, revenue, ROAS, site activity, or audience growth.
12Can you work with an internal team?+
Yes. We can extend an existing team, own a channel, or coordinate with directors, sales teams, designers, agencies, and leadership.
13What industries do you serve?+
Established consumer-facing businesses across luxury and retail, home improvement, professional services, hospitality, health and wellness, and ecommerce.
14What does onboarding involve?+
We review the brand, current marketing, creative, audience, competitors, sales process, prior performance, and goals before deciding what to create.
15What makes a client a good fit?+
An established business with a good offer, room to grow, a willingness to share useful information, and an honest interest in testing and improving.
